SPECIAL PROGRAMS


  • NEW VISIONS- ENGINEERING AND MEDICAL

This is a one-year, academically rigorous program for college-bound seniors.  An academic curriculum is combined with practical, applied work experience.  New Visions graduates have been accepted into leading colleges and universities.  New Vision programs are available in Medicine and Engineering.  These programs have a separate application process and competitive admissions.

CREDIT:  4.0 FINAL ASSESSMENT:  Local Exam



EARLY COLLEGE CAREER ACADEMY

  • ADVANCED MANUFACTURING

Students will be dually enrolled in Warrensburg and SUNY Adirondack for their Junior and Senior years where half of their day will consist of college level courses in Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fundamentals. Students can earn up to 28 college credits by their graduation from high school. This program is a hands-on program that will concentrate on the high-tech advanced manufacturing equipment. Students who successfully complete this program will be prepared for furthering their education or moving into manufacturing positions.

  • IT NETWORKING

Students will be dually enrolled in Warrensburg and SUNY Adirondack for their Junior and Senior years where half of their day will consist of college level courses in Science, Technology, and Math (STEM) fundamentals using state of the art information/ technology networking equipment. This program is hands on and will help develop the skills necessary to gain employment and further education in the information technology/networking arena.

CREDIT:  4.0 FINAL ASSESSMENT:  Local Exam

  • NEW MEDIA

Students will be dually enrolled in Warrensburg and SUNY Adirondack for their Junior and Senior years where half of their day will consist of college level courses in Graphic Design, Photography and Web Design.  This program is hands-on and will allow students to earn industry certifications and up to 32 college credits towards an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Media Arts.
CREDIT:  4.0 FINAL ASSESSMENT:  Local Exam

  • BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP 

Students will be dually enrolled in Warrensburg and SUNY Adirondack for their Junior and Senior years where half of their day will consist of college level courses in business. This program has strong ties with industry partners with Business partners as mentors.
